Support me as I take on the Gidget 100,000 challenge…

… to raise vital funds for perinatal mental health support and early intervention programs.

In Australia, 100,000 parents will be affected by perinatal depression and anxiety (PNDA) every year – that’s 1 in 5 mums and 1 in 10 dads, and it’s time we change that!

Please donate to help change a life. Every dollar raised will give vulnerable new parents more access to critical services like Gidget House face-to-face counselling and Start Talking telehealth services.

Together, we can ensure no new parent struggles alone.

I definitely made my steps up from yesterday. Just shy of 7,500 steps. A quick walk to have a look at the Shire Easter Hunt and around the park. Everyone says we need to speak up and ask for help when needed and well....we can't do that without the services that need to be provided for our parents to do so. Need your support and donations to help us parents get the support we need, every dollar helps x

Day 2

Wednesday 16th Apr
Today I managed a bit over 3,000 steps. Did steps a little different today, during work breaks the kids and I played soccer and played in the yard. Each day is closer to the 100,000 Please support me by donating x

Tuesday 15th Apr
A quick 5,000 steps in the morning with the kids

100,000 steps

Monday 14th Apr
100,000 steps for 100,000 families, how easy is that to support people that need us. Challenge accepted but I need your support to donate.

This foundation is everything I support with me writing my books to help families open up on their struggles.

As an Australian published Author writing about supporting postnatal, infertility & Loss we need to get the foundations in place and services offered in order to help families in time of need.

Your donation will go a long way
