1. Promoter
The promoter is Gidget Foundation Australia (ABN 52 160 202 960 | CFN 2078, of 34A McLaren St, North Sydney NSW 2060 (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- To be eligible, an entrant must successfully invite at least one person who completes a valid registration to fundraise for the Gidget 100K Challenge during the promotional period.
- Employees of Gidget Foundation Australia and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- Invite friends and family to register for the Gidget 100K Challenge in March either:
- during their own registration process; or via the “Join my team” link on the entrant’s fundraising page.
- Each successful registration equals one (1) entry into the prize draw.
- There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
- Entry is free and no purchase is required.
4. Promotional Period
The promotion opens on 19 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
5. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a $150 gift card. Total prize pool value: $150 AUD.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The prize will be delivered to an Australian address only.
6. Draw Details
- The prize draw will take place within 5 business days of the close of the Promotional Period at the Promoter’s office.
- The draw will be conducted at random via https://www.randomdraws.com/au from all eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification & Publication
- The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw.
- The winner’s name will also be published on Gidget Foundation Australia’s social media channels.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Redraw
- Any redraw will occur within 5 business days of the original winner being deemed ineligible or uncontactable.
- The redraw winner will be notified and published in the same manner as the original winner.
9. Promotional Consent
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including photography and interviews if requested.
- The winner consents to the Promoter using their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
10. Disqualification
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- breaches these Terms and Conditions;
- tampers with the entry process; or
- engages in conduct that provides an unfair advantage or undermines the integrity of the promotion.
Disclaimers & General Conditions
- If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
- The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
- Prize winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from accepting the prize and should seek independent financial advice.
- Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of the promotion or prize.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable State or Territory legislation.

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrant data will be collected and used solely for the purpose of administering the draw and contacting the winner, unless otherwise consented to.
