The 100,000 Australian parents impacted by perinatal depression and anxiety every year. That’s 1 in 5 mums and 1 in 10 dads — and far too many suffer in silence.
I had PNA/PND with both of my boys and it was really scary never having had anxiety before. I reached out to Gidget after having intrusive thoughts from a few weeks post partum with my first child and accessed Gidget’s Telehealth services again when pregnant with my second. The service provided to be was incredible and allowed me to navigate and eventually enjoy my postpartum experience.

First walk in sunny Sunshine Coast
Monday 2nd Mar I took the boys for my first walk today along the coast in Marcoola, Qld. We walked for a total of just under 4km - Jock rode his bike the whole time and we made two park stops and one bottle stop for chunky babe. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
