Aussie parents experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety. Believe it or not it affects over 100,000 parents every year.
During both my pregnancies, I actually struggled with severe perinatal depression, largely due to debilitating hyperemesis gravidarum. My faith carried me through some very dark days but I also knew I needed professional help. I am incredibly grateful I knew about Gidget Foundation Australia and was able to access their program.
No parent should have to navigate this season alone and every donation helps fund free or low-cost counselling with perinatal psychologists.
