I’m stepping up this March to support
Australian parents impacted by perinatal depression and anxiety.
Motherhood is incredible but it can also be heavy. I’ve learnt firsthand how important support, early intervention and accessible mental health care truly are.
Too many parents suffer quietly. Organisations like Gidget Foundation Australia provide free, specialist support to families during pregnancy and the first year of parenthood when it matters most.
