Hike For Gidget
I've signed up to Hike for Gidget on November 13 to help raise much-needed funds so the Gidget Foundation can support expectant and new parents with perinatal depression & anxiety right across the country.
I experienced PND myself which is why I am a Gidget Ambassador, passionate about raising awareness & helping to reduce the stigma around PND.
The statistics around PND are very real and have exacerbated through the challenges of Covid.
Please support my hike which is raising money for the many suffering from PND who are seeking help through the Gidget Foundation.
