The early days can be tough.
But you can help.
Your gift will help provide critical mental health care to more expectant, new and potential parents struggling with perinatal depression and anxiety (PNDA).
Donate to Gidget Giving Day and your gift will be DOUBLED thanks to our dollar-matching partners.
We’ve set an ambitious goal: $160,000 in 24 hours to reach more families like Brittany’s—who turned to us after the tragic loss of her first baby. We can’t do it without you.
Right now in Australia, 1 in 5 mums and 1 in 10 dads are struggling with PNDA—around 100,000 parents every year. And those numbers are rising.
Without early intervention, PNDA can have devastating long-term effects—not just for parents, but for their babies and families too. But with your help, we can give them the support they urgently need.
Will you help us reach them?

Your support can change lives

Brittany wore a smile in public, but alone she was crumbling. Intrusive thoughts played on her mind like movies. After the time in NICU, she couldn’t shake the sterile habits and started showering 5 times a day.
After losing her first baby Lennox prematurely, Brittany was crippled by grief and felt so alone despite the support, “Words could not describe the pain.”
She courageously began her IVF journey again. But fear and anxiety continued to shadow her. Even after birth, the trauma lingered, pulling her into the “viciousness of postpartum anxiety and depression”.
The turning point came when Brittany found support through her Gidget Clinician.
“What I needed was to pour my heart out and have someone listen without judgement".
Her clinician's compassion gave Brittany the space to process her grief. For the first time, she felt safe and supported. And slowly, healing began.
