Friday arvo stroll

Friday 6th Mar

Finally I managed to have a proper movement, although the body was tired after a long week, I managed to drag my old feet to do 6km jog

The first step is always the hardest

I was determined today, so I went out and did a run. Unfortunately, the weather threw another curve ball. I did 1km then it started pouring.

Gidget Foundation Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to support the mental health of expectant, new and potential parents to ensure they receive accessible, timely and specialist care.

We promote awareness, drive advocacy, educate and deliver services to prevent and treat perinatal mental health issues through early detection and intervention.
